ElevenCreative Chimera turns an image and a script into a talking character
The new tool targets short-form video creators. For now our information comes from a secondary source, as does the announced arrival of CapCut in ChatGPT.

According to the specialist site Creators Toolbox, ElevenCreative launched Chimera on October 24, a tool that creates a talking character from just two ingredients: an image and a script. The user supplies a visual (photo, illustration, mascot) and the text to be spoken; the tool produces a video in which the character says that text.
At this stage we have consulted no primary source for this announcement: details on pricing, supported languages and terms of use therefore remain to be verified.
What it is for
This kind of tool meets a very concrete need for short-form content creators: producing explainer videos, product presentations or series with a recurring character, without filming or frame-by-frame animation. The simplicity of the input (one image, one text) is the main selling point.
Questions to ask
A tool that can make any image talk raises image-rights questions. Before using a real person’s face, you need their consent. And for commercial distribution, the service’s license terms must be checked.
To watch: CapCut in ChatGPT
The same source announces the upcoming arrival of a CapCut plugin in ChatGPT. With no date and no official confirmation consulted, we list it among the information still to be confirmed.
Our take
Video creation is moving toward “one input, one video” tools built into the assistants creators already use. We will update this article as soon as the companies publish their own announcements.
